DESCRIPTION: Sand Cast Conchos and buckle are sterling silver on a black leather belt. A turquoise cabochon is set in the center of each concho and 4 turquoise cabochons adorn the buckle. Nice turquoise! Tested as sterling silver.
MAKER: Most likely Navajo made, but there is no maker's mark (which is common of Native American Indian items crafted during the 1970's and earlier).
AGE: Circa 1960s - 70s.
SIZE: Conchos measure about 2 3/8" round. Buckle is almost 3" x 2 1/2" at its widest points. Belt is 42" long overall. Weight is 587.2 g.
CONDITION: Good for its age, normal wear expected.
