Beautiful Turquoise and Mother of Pearl Inlay Bolo - Circa 1960s

Beautiful Turquoise and Mother of Pearl Inlay Bolo - Circa 1960s

Maker: Most likely Zuni made, but no maker's hallmark was found (as is common of Native Jewelry made in the early 1970s and before).

Approx Age: Vintage, circa 1960s. Has the Bennett "C-31" clasp on the back which was made from about the mid-50s to mid-60s.

Size:  Overall width of the slide is about 2" W x  2 1/4" L (longest points). It's on a 32" braided leather cord with sterling tips. Weighs 52.9 g. (With most of the cord off the scale).

Additional Info: Beautiful MOP and turquoise inlay bolo. Vintage Zuni work in our opinion. The cord is braided black leather with sterling silver tips. Tested as sterling silver.

Condition: Vintage Good. Normal wear expected. Does have a small "dent" in one of the tips.

Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description.
