Maker: Most likely Navajo made, however, there is no hallmarks (as was common of Native Jewelry made in the early 1970s and before). 

Approx Age: Vintage, circa 1970s. 

Size:  Overall width of the slide is 2 1/4" x 2 1/2" (longest points). It's on a 32" braided black leather cord with sterling tips. Weighs 59.8 g. 

Additional Info: This hand-embellished sterling silver slide features a turquoise and coral cabochon. Cord is braided black leather with sterling silver tips. Tested as sterling silver.

Condition: Vintage. Normal wear expected.
